Software Updater failed to install

Hi

I recently purchased an N82, I installed the Nokia PC suite and as part of the installation it checked for any updates. A few updates were found one of which was the NSU itself (v1.4). All the other updates installed perfectly but the NSU update downloaded and then afetr the download said 'Installation Failed'. No other message. Any help to solve this problem greatly appreciated.

I am running Windows XP home. I have also tried to download and install from the Nokia web site with the same result.

Hi,
retry to download the latest version of NSU here:
http://europe.nokia.com/softwareupdate

if you cant complete doenload,i think your os has problem and you should reinstall it.
NOKIA means:Night Of King In Alone
