Software Update Configuration Error. HELP!

I am updating 2 of my Nokia phones, primarily my Nokia 6220 classic. But the main problem is that I can't even get through the Nokia SW Updater. It always gives me the "Configuration Error" notification. I have tried all of the instructions under the help file like changing the TCP Port on the nsl_config file and allowing nsl_host_process on my Windows Firewall. I have tried reinstalling but it is the same.

Here are the specs:

Installer: NokiaSoftwareUpdater_en.exe File Version: 2.2.21.0

OS: Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit

Please help me out.
