I think they already started releasing it, and it is taking time since they are uploading V20 for all product codes around the world.

Something fishy is goig on, because I've updated mine in official Nokia Service in Croatia, but Croatian version isn't available on NSU.

Not always. For example, I was able to update N82 the moment the news about it hit the Internet, it was April 8th, if I recall correctly, but the rumours about the N95-2 started end of March/beginning of April.

You may be right, may be there really is something fishy going on. It's been 15 days since I first heard about this V20 firmware and 15 days is a very long time, but the V20 firmware has still not been officially announced yet. May be updating services is messed up, I don't know. All I know is that this update is taking so long!
