AFAIK 5130: 7.9x - The latest one is 7.97, but I'm not sure if this is the latest one for all devices, or only for some asian countries and regions..

5310: For the RM-303 9.42 is the most recent one.

5220: 7.23 Both RM-410 and 411

Yep, seems like you're right. It's on my list too, just over looked it. It's placed cronol. wrong in my list.

my v10.10 can't download whatsapp messenger it writes certificate not on phone or sim

Check for Firmware updates.. If available do that..If not, just re-install the existing version. Then try installing the application you want.
