can any one please tell me how to un-install the symbian Anna software to the previous version of symbian ^3 version?

There is no way out, except give up on Okia asap.
Was your phone pretty good b4 Anna?

Once you've upgraded to a higher version of firmware, there's no way a user can downgrade to the previous version of firmware. You're stuck with it. If you're having problems with Anna, try a hard reset and a reinstall of the firmware. It may help solve your problems.
