Product code

I do not succeed in finding a new available software for my N91.

The product number is 0537532, is it enough for you to check if is possible to download a new firmware for it?

Thanks and regards

Re: Product code

Is it possible, I'm writing since this morning and there is noone from Nokia to give me an "official" answer.

You ask to provide the product number and it remains there in my post!

Re: Product code

This is a user support group, so you shouldn't really expect an official answer from Nokia - use the Contact Us link up there ^ to get in touch with them, either by phoning them or sending a message using the online system.

Or you could try getting in touch with your nearest Nokia Service Centre and see if they can help.

Re: Product code

Hi Richcowell,

thanks for your answer.

The problem is that one of the main messages at the top of the discussions says that if you don't succeed in downloading a new version of the software you should provide the product number of the phone in a post but when you do it nothing happens....

Re: Product code

It'd still probably be quicker to give your nearest Nokia Service Centre a call and ask them - they can give you an accurate answer straight away.

People here may not know the current most recent version, and it depends on the Country of Origin & network etc.

Re: Product code

i believe the request for the product code is to give nokia an understanding of what is going on from this board and not to be an offer for help.

it has been mentioned many times here that if there is no update available when you plug in the phone, then its possible that your phone doesnt have any new firmware avialable for it.

which network are you one? maybe they have not 'approved' the latest version yet?
