I just finished installing the latest device software for my N95 (first time installing the device software) and I encountered a problem. When the update finished, I removed the USB from my phone. On the screen of my N95, it just shows a blank white screen with word NOKIA at the bottom, the same one you see when you turn your phone on. I turned my phone off, and then turned it back on and it just shows the same thing again, the blank white screen with word NOKIA at the bottom. My phone doesn't load up like it supposed to.
PLEASE HELP!

try taking and leaving your battery out for fifteen minutes then replacing it. if the phone does not boot up, then you will have to perform a hard reset (with your phone off, press and hold the green call key, 3 key and * key, then press and hold the power button so all four buttons are down. wait until the shakinh hands Nokia logo appears). if this does not work, then i am afraid you will have to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre.
note that since you cannot get into the phone menu at the moment, you will lose all data stored on your phone memory, but not the memory card. for future reference, remember to make a backup of all your data before performing firmware updates.
