If you cannot reinstall your fw with ovi suite or nsu, the only solution is to see a Nokia care point.

First, why do you think you have to reinstall it? Maybe you could provide us with some information on what issues youre facing. - It might be possible that we can help you solve it by other manouvers. - If you cannot reinstall with NSU nor Ovi suite, you will have to take it to a Nokia care point to get it reinstalled. - Note if you have such problems you should take it there for an inspection anyway.
