Problem with firmware upgrade

Hi,

I have got some problem with my 5800 XM.. I would like to download the new firmware (5O), I have still 31. Im using the Nokia Ovi Suit v. 2.1. and in the process of actualization, the third step Installation takes a huge amount of time.. At first there was a counter, which was displaying the time left and the amount of downloaded MB (complete size should be 144MB) and when I have reached this value the counter started to show some huge numbers.. and the download continues. My network is still working and Im still downloading data from Nokia server.. Im afraid to stop the process, because of harming the phone. What should I do?

Just cancel it. its just downloading and not installing to phone yet so no harm will happen. Something on your computer is creating problems for your download. Most likely the AV and firewall software of the LAN settings.
