Not able to update N97 to v21

Hi,

I am in India, i am trying to update my phone to V21 but it is getting stuck at 45mb and it restarts the prrocess again.

Has anybody came across this kind of problem. any solution?

Hard reset, phone switch off, soft reset all tried. checked internet connection too.
