Yeah I've noticed that too. I was closely watching that thread too and suddenly moving to the next page came up with "Message Not Found".

It looks like Nokia has picked up his ball and run away.

Hey  everyone it maybe boring but for a rainy day i would copy the entire thread on the n97 v20 update as it may come usefull if you need to show this in a court if it ever comes to that, as it proves that there is a lot of unhappy buyers of the n97.

as it may just vanish!

Nobody has removed anything, it appears that one of my colleagues has moved the thread you are talking about to the N-series board for reasons I haven't yet been able to fathom - I'll move it back in due course.

I am, however, removing the other thread with the Youtube link because it has no relevance to a peer-to-peer troubleshooting forum.

Its very strange that the (n97 update thread would be moved as its been followed by a lot of people, why on earth would some one want to move it? hmmmm

To be honest I wouldn't mind one bit if that thread was either deleted or locked. Is has long since ceased to be constructive and is now full of several hundred posts by children throwing a tantrum because they haven't yet had an update and because they think Nokia are deliberately taking them for a ride. Then other people come along to stir the children up into even more of a frenzy. It was moderately comical at one point but even that point is way behind us now.

Panic around new firmware only shows how we required and expect that firmware.Personally, for all telephone till N97, I not take care when will come out new firmware because the telephone properly worked in basic functions.

However with N97 is different situation because usual telephone call I accept with fear that the telephone will completely freeze. And it is happens few times a week regularly. Other serious bugs are also visible.

So, there is no only child here, but there is also desperate serious user.

For a Few product codes at the moment (don't want people threatening to sue again because it isn't available for their phone after being told it was out today)
