Nokia e51 Firmware 410.xxx.xxx Issue

I updated my e51 from 300.xxx.xxx to 410.xxx.xxx throught nokia Pc Suite and everything went perfect and smooth but after the cell phone restarted i found,

1: Couple of langauges gone for example Arabic and Urdu.

2: Browser started to collapse after a little while (no metter with Edge or On Wlan)

3: Messaging speed gone toooooo low (Means not that fast as it was in previous F/w).

4: Playback of MP4 files are less then before (Like File which were in playing state are not playable anymore.

5: Whole performence of the cell phone is slower than before.

What i would love to know from you people that is there any way out to fix these problems and if not then is there any way to restore to previous Firmware?
