.. it says my phone has dissconneted or it's failed.
I have no idea why it is doing this and i really want this update!

same problem with nokia software updater.

I want some answers from nokia. It’s a New Phone

I think i've solved it, uninstall nokia ovi suite and give it a week before you re install it , then when you install it , it will start as new and it will update your phone well, but make sure its charging while updating.

you have solved it. But dont wait a week. just re-instal ovi suite.

Hi everybody.

 

My phone is C7-00, after installing update Symbian Anna from Ovi suite, everything OK except it keeps restarting every 10 minute!

Please show me how to solve the problem or how to restore previous version!
