Thank you for your SW update, current  problems are resolved

1.when i check s.w update it apears "Phone software" instal through pc

2.when prees menu button 2beep sound.

but recorded videos have struck its continue and mark to delete or move contents its very difficult

I open nokia ovi suite when I connected to the internet and phone, and check for opdate 

then it show an update is available and I start to install it then it download that update 

Oh its 126MB I stop download and check update in my phone it show v 12.0.023 is

available its only 2MB I click install then its start to download and restart the phone 

automatically, updating is started and finished. some problems are resolved,

GO FOR AN UPDATE USING PHONE SW UPDATE IN applications-tools-SW update.
