Nokia Software updater can't support my Nokia C3

hi.. My nokia c3 now is ver.07.20... I want to update my phone to ver.08.63 using Nokia Software Updater on my PC using cable but the message appear out says "Nokia software Updater can't support your device"... I update using wifi also can't because it say "No Update Available"... Can someone help me?..

You need to use Ovi Suite. Also, the update may not be available for your device product code as well.

What do you mean can't update? It shows no updates available? Then its not yet released for your product code.
