Hi,
I am using Nokia N85. I have installed Nokia Software Updater from the CD provided in the Box. Software Version is V1.4.35 en-us. When I try to open the applicaiton I get an error as "Network Connection lost. Check your network connection or whether a firewall is preventing the applicaiton from working properly" .
I have Windows XP and I tried by switching-off Firewall setting on my PC. But still I get this error.
Please find the attached screen-shot of the error.

Man this is your internet connection problem contect your internet provider thay can help you.

Thanks for the reply. But, my internet connection is working fine. There is no issues with the Internet site.

I know it's been a while, but I found another way to solve the annoying "configuration error" and I'd leave it here for someone else. Nokia tells you to turn off the Internet File Sharing in the FAQ of the NSU. Here it didn't work. So I decided if it is a network problem than I'd turn off the ICS. It worked and I didn't have to turn off any of my security software (firewall and antivirus). So.
Start menu > Execute (or use the Search box in the start menu of Windows Vista) > Services > Find ICS in the list of services > Right mouse > Stop. Now NSU will find the new firmware.
Please turn on the ICS again after you finish the update.
