Nokia Software Updater -- Error 1402.Could not open key:

When I try to install the Software Updater for the first time to update my Nokia 6500c phone, I receive the following error message about 57% during the install process. I checked my permission keys in the registry, and they seem to have all the correct Admin permission.

Any suggestions?

Product: Nokia Software Updater -- Error 1402.Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\Msxml2.DSOControl.4.0\CLSID. System error 5. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.
