Nokia Phone Software Updater isn't working!

I have N91 for a while and it started trippin like Windows 95.
So i figured maybe a have to upgrade the firmware. I downloaded and installed Nokia Phone Software Updater and it doesn't start up. I just get a message 'Starting Application'And further nothing. The bluebar did seem to be active. I left Nokia Phone Software Updater to start up for a half an hour and still no luck. Then i decided to try it on a different computer.
