Don't bother.
Version 12.0.024 worked really well on my phone.
I upgraded to version 20.0.019 and now I have a useless piece of **bleep** for a phone. It crashes a lot, is slow, unresponsive and generally aweful to use. I really liked the N97 when running the older version of the firmware. Now I don't.
Didn't you test it before you released it nokia??? It certainly looks that way!!!
Can anyone tell me how I can remove 20.0.019 from my phone and go back to 12.0.024 please.

my understanding is that v20 hasn't yet been released for all product codes, not 100% sure of this.
how are you trying to update? are you using the NSU?
I have actually found the v20 firmware to be a big improvement over v12, it's not perfect but it has resolved a lot of the issues with the N97 firmware.

No update here either in the Middle East. Most of the product codes that got pulled ( after initial global v20 launch ) were in and around the ME.
ASAIK, there is no way to revert back to an older FW version. I’ve already ‘reverted’ back to using my old N95, and have to say, it is far better...
