Nokia N9 - problems following developer mode enabling

I have problems with facebook & Twitter apps saying that my password is incorrect, even though I can sign in on my PC & using the N9 browser. I read that this is a known bug following enabling of N9 developer mode & was told that Nokia Software updater would resolve the problem.

 

I downloaded this to my PC but it refuses to run, saying "Missing software components". I have run the 'repair' but still it does the same. I also uninstalled it & re-installed. Still no joy.

 

Any help appreciated

Presumably using Windows 7 is any antiviral program interfering with NSU trying to access internet?

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.


However if my answer also solves your problem clickingbelow it will benefit other users!

Try this....right click on NSU and click on "run as Administrator" see if it works?
"If I'm helpful in anyway, a click of appreciation on the star button would be considered as thanks...C7/X7/N9 user "
