My phone's Nokia 603 and it shows there's an update but when I search there's none, so is there any other place to check for the updates?

You can check new updates from Nokia Suite and OTA (Over-The-Air, can be found from the phone menu). There is no other "official" way to check new updates but you can find more information about updates from google. Just google the name of desired update and your phone model.
