Well...It went nicely though at the time of Anna...but dont know about Belle, many people say Nokia Suite essential to do this....

Do you have any info on availabilty of Belle for N8 product code 059B6D7? I can't find this (my) code on your availability list (yes, I checked all regions and countries).

Hello,thanks for Belle roll-out but I want to know how come my Slovenian C6-01 (059F5D9) is not even listed..no Belle for me?

Hi vidyutx, to perform software update in Nokia Suite, you need to use either normal Ethernet connection or WLAN connection. Software updates are big downloads and we don't officially support updates in Nokia Suite using phone as modem.

ok i got the nokia belle update, downloaded it, but the thing keeps giving the message
connection with device is lost
and then 4 steps make the connection again,
1 remove usb cable
2 press on/off button 10 sec
3 reinject usb cable
4 wait for install to go on
done that 8 times now, but getting the same message all the bloody time..

Some answers to above questions. (Regarding availability please check the Nokia Belle Availability page - and please note that the country to check from depends on where you bought your phone from, ie. the country where it got sold. As an example: If you bought your phone in Germany and are living in Finland now, you need to check the Germany availability section even if you are currently using a Finnish phone network provider.)
Q: Why is the update not available for my country/operator according to Nokia Belle Availability page?
A: Nokia Belle is specifically tailored to each phone model and variant, which means that updates for some variants are at the moment still under creation. As usually we don’t comment on timelines, but your phone will notify you once the update is available (just switch on the software update autocheck in your software update app). We are also working very closely with our operator contacts to get operator variants tested and approved. Some countries and operators have nevertheless decided to not make Nokia Belle available due to technical reasons. In detail that means, if the information in the availability page states “Nokia Belle not available” the update unfortunately won’t be released for this variant.
Q: What does "Nokia Belle is available in a few weeks for Nokia 500" mean exactly.
A: As usually we don’t comment on timelines, but your phone will notify you once the update is available (just switch on the software update autocheck in your software update app).
Q: Why are some apps not available for Nokia Belle?
A: As Nokia Belle is a major upgrade, this also affects apps compatability and certain apps are not yet compatible. We are nevertheless constantly working with our developers to upgrade apps to Nokia Belle.
Q: I like to completely clear my phone and reset it to a stage, like it was just bought off the shelf. How can I do this?
A: You can reset your phone to factory settings, via Menu>Settings>Phone>Phone Management>Factory Settings>Restore. (Please make sure to backup your data, so you don’t lose your pictures, messages, contacts, etc.)
(And just as a side note: I won't be gone, I only changed jobs but still will be around. :-))

hij is al uit voor nederland, recheck je nokia suite. alleen t mobile heeft hem nog niet volgens mij

Q: Can I use my phone’s cellular network to update?
A: You need a internet connection via PC for the update via Nokia Suite. You can not use your phone as a modem, as it will reboot during the update process. If you don’t own a PC, please check with your local Nokia Carepoint (locations available via www.nokia.com/support) to get the update.
