i tried to update my nokia 6131 phone and encounter some disconnection problems. My phone can no longer power on or work and the message on the mini screen says TEST MODE. wht do i do to get my phone working again.

Try removing the battery for 10 minutes and try again.

If that fails to work your only option to get this model working again is to visit a nokia care point/service centre. It's not possible to fix it yourself.
