I cannot update my nokia 5800, though there is an update for it. I've been trying for a long time, but it stays telling me that the phone is disconnected and must apply recovery procedure: 1. Remove the battery..... etc.
It's no use to do that, it keeps saying the same thing, and never ends updating my phone. Does somebody have the same problem?
I am using: Vista/Professional 32 bits, a 1mb connection, my phone has the 21.2.025 - RM-428 (21.2025.263.04), by the way I've installed my old Windows XP 32bits (hard work) to try to install the new firmware from there (without antivirus, etc), but it didn't work - I've applied the *#7370#, but nothing.. I've also searched and read almost every coincident message about it,
Thanks in advance for any help.
