I am stuck at 30.0.011, NSU is showing upto date. How did you do easy "product code" change?? to get the 31.0.xxx for free gps navigation on nokia maps 3.03??

it's prohibted and voids ur warranty

better to go to Nokia Care and update ur firmware in it

If the firmware isn't available, not even a Nokia Care Point will be able to do the update.

Care Points have access to the same firmware versions as the general public, although they do use different tools to install them.

i updated my firmware although my product code hasn't the latest firmware in Nokia website

Nokia care updated it for me 

i asked them and they told me that they have the firmware to be installed on any phone

They certainly have the technical ability to do that but it in doing so they are acting beyond their remit. If Nokia find out about this the Care Point may no longer be a Care Point before long.
