Nokia 5800: Music files not supported for ringtones

Issue: The pre provided songs (.dcf format) cannot be set as ringtones after NSU update

Hi! After getting my Nokia S\w update from v11 to v20 and now v20 to v21, I still cant choose my (.dcf) music files as ringtones.

This was available when I got the phone and had been using the same. But post the update, it doesnt allow me to select anything except .aac files.

Googled around but doesnt seem like anyone has categorised this issue. Please help me. i cant stand the basic ringtones that are available
