HI, i'm sorry if this is the wrong section for this problem..

i live in italy and i received this phone for christmas, now my product code is -- and my firmware is still the v10.0.050 but i know that the current version for this phone is the v.20.0.080..how can i get this version if the NSU doesn't do the update? Will be released soon? Help me plz

If there is an update for your phone, it is available either through NSU or OTA, but usually not both. If NSU didn't find the update, go to settings/phone/phone management/device updates/options/check for updates.

The other best option is to update phone by takeing it to Nokia Care Center. Do not waste time waiting for New version to get released to your phone. Some time it may take weeks to a month to get it.

 

Go to Nokia care and do it.

Nokia Care will not update a phone's firmware if it has not yet been released. Users should just be patient.

No Nokia will ge the latest version first then the product codes.In certain region lot phones have diffrent product codes.

 

Example: My team mate have N79, but his product code still have version 11, But my N79 got the latest version for product code. He took it nokia and update to the latest one.

 

 

Dont wait go and do it, Nokia care do not use NSU to update your phone.So you will get the very latest one on your phone.
