Hey guys, after a software update I can't restore my contact list to the phone. here is the message I got in the PC suite: (Restore log: A fatal error occurred during the restoration. The data was not restored to the phone). I re-installed the updates but the problem persists.

I  re-entered my contacts manually but are not displayed in the contact list of the phone. Can anyone help Thank you.

got it fixed. I took it back to my operator and they fixed the issue. Thanks anyway.

Hi everyone,

I have corroupted my nokia software. whenever i try to start my cell phone it doesnt take me to the main menu, I mean to say that whenever i starts my phone it screens turns white and when i see the name "NOKIA" on the screen, the screen and mobile turn off.

How can I get this problem resolved by myself? As i do not want to give mobile to anyone else.
