Hi,

Can i know why there is no update to Product code 0548986.
Its still on version V 20.0.015 and where the whole world is on version V21 already and getting ready for V30.

What is nokia upto?
These product code mobile phones were one of the first released Nokia N95.

Need a release for this product code urgently.

if your phone is locked or branded then updates are available only after they pass through your service provider's customization process , a process that takes some networks months to do, and sometimes not do at all and stick to older firmwares.
nokia is not up to anything , as this is mainly your network and not nokia.

My N95 8GB with PC0558190 was not locked or branded. And I was not allowed to go from v15 to v20. This had nothing to do with the provider, but with Nokia.

can get update for your N95 to v30 for generic software for other appropriate regions, and install these updates to your phone. but not allowed to talk about that process here, as is not allowed....

0548986 is not locked by any means, except by Nokia's apathy!! Why no v30!! And, for God's sake, if you have to keep this particular line behind, be graceful enough to release at least the v21 firmware for it now!! Nokia, listening??

Dear asem305,

In India there is no such thing of operator specific mobile phone atleast for Nokia N95.
We being the primary users of Nokia why aren't we given the update. give us atleast v21.

Is there anyone from Nokia to listen to our request.
