its a problem with the bluetooth chip. u must have had a bad batch. if i were u send it to nokia care centre.

I got a refund and then got the Black version for a cheaper price.. and from Nokia too!

Its a faulty bluetooth hardware.
Owned: Nokia 3510i, Nokia 3120, Nokia 6230i, Nokia 6233, Nokia N73, Nokia N82.

Current: Nokia N900!

i have the same problem... with the bluetooth. and some more... i dont have any warranty since it was only given to me as a gift. i dont have receipt or doesnt know where to get one. wont nokia fix this for free? it aint my fault they installed a faultu bluetooth chip. its sounds so unfair

My bluetooth was functioning very well recently until I upgrade to the latest firmware 2 days ago. Now it shows Unable to perform bluetooth operation. The upgrade details are as follow:

 

V 31.0.016
09-12-08
RM-313
Nokia N82 (52.01)

 

Any solution? Maybe downgrade the firmware to the old v 20? How can I do that?
