Need help nokia 5230 FW update

hi i have a nokia 5230 but when i try to update it the phone says there is no update available but when i go to the nokia site there is a new one available how do i update my firmware from version 20.2.098 to version 50

Welcome to the forum!

 

The clue is in the TMO logo as this 5230 Nuron has product code only accepting firmware that TMO have authorised in the past.

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.
