I want to upgrade my N82 firmware via OTA. I don't know how to use this service from my mobile. Please guide...

The N82 cannot be updated OTA.

FP1 phones did have the feature that made them compatible with OTA but unfortunately no updates were ever released using that method for any FP1 phone.

So your only options are still the NSU or nokia care point.

The 5320xm is not an FP1 phone, it has FP2.

5320XM is FP2 Device. That's why you can update it via OTA.

Not quite as not all FP2 devices have theme effects.

Some of the lower end FP2 models (especially 5xxx and 6xxx devices) didn't have that feature. Also one FP1 model had theme effects, the N81 that received them in an update.

So theme effects have no bearing on what operating system is in your phone.
