Hi, I tried to update my Nokia 5530XM to the new firmware (v20) and NSU says configuration error, the Ovi suite also gives me an internal error and when  I try to update via the phone, it says I have the current updates (which is v11). Can anyone help me out there cos I need the new firmware badly. thanks

Disable(Turn off) temporarily your malware/virus then give it a try! Does the suites says it is available for your phone? FOTA & NSU usually not in synch, meaning if it is available in one, its not of the other or vice versa.

Knowledge not shared is knowledge wasted!
