Hello!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. NSU won't start, it just says "starting program" and nothing happens. I Can leave it on for hours. Have tryed as the FAQ and have also unistalled and installed and tryed on a diffrent computer. Nothing helps. Please help =)

I encountered this problem some time ago. NSU was being blocked by my Firewall (supplied by BitDefender), so all I did was whitelist NSU and Ovi Suite and PC suite on Bitdefender.

Thanks for the answers, I have Bitdefender Antivirus installed on both computers. Have tried to whitelist but thats only for URL's. Have tried to open the port, canged inbound rules. Nothing seems to work..

Someone else with a bright idea?

Also have Windows 7 on one computer and Win Vista on another.

Actually, what I meant by whitelisting on BitDefender was whitelisting a program. If you read the BitDefender Manual, whitelisting a program means adding Ovi Suite and NSU uploader to games.

I have BitDefender Total Security 2010 on Expert Mode BTW.

Go to BitDefender Security Center>Game/Laptop Mode>Manage Games>click on "+">browse to where ever you installed NSU.exe or Ovi.exe, add it in, and voila, Ovi Suite/NSU is whitelisted.
