hi
i want to update my N79 and my friend's E90.
but everytime i want to update them, in home PC with dialup, it shows Update Available, but in my Workplace PC with broadband (DSL) connection it says that no Update available at this time.
how can i solve this problem and update our devices?
any idea?

It really hard to understand what might have caused this, the only thing I can think of is that you are running on different versions of the NSU.
Try uninstalling NSU on both (or maybe the just the one that is not giving you the possibility to update), reboot and install NSU again.

No. I exactly use the same version of NSU in both PC's.
I really mix up .![]()

Let me try to sort this out:
Same handset, same version of NSU, same cable, only different PCs and you get different versions to update.
Sounds impossible to me...maybe someone else has a thought on this

Exactly all the same items.
but NOT different versions.
in one PC (in my office with DSL connection) there is NO update available.
but in home PC (with DIAL UP connection) it shows new firmware update available!
that is interesting. isn't it?

i downloaded the latest version of NSU and install it in both PC's.
i check in office in the mornings usually, but in home i usually check in the evenings.
whould it be a reason of this problem?
and i'm so sorry cuz i couldn't get a photo of both NSU messages
