Hi All,

I recently upgrade to NSU 1.3.2 en from 1.3.0 en. I upgrade because NSU prompt me and let me know that there is a newer version of software available. I have a successful installation but I could not successfully launch NSU. When I tried to launch NSU, it would start but freeze. I have to use task manager to close down NSU. And when I shutting down windows, I would get a warning message that there is a program loading.

I have tried to uninstall / reinstall with no success. Here is spec of my notebook.

Dell Latitude D800.
Pentium M 1.7 Ghz, 1.5GB of RAM.
Windows XP SP2.
MS office 2007

I am wondering if anyone experience the same problem?

Yes I have the same problem.

IBM ThinkPad X41
Pentuim M ULV 1.5G
1.2G Ram
Windows XP SP2

Same here - and with a similar PC set up. So anyone from Nokia ready to offer any suggestions?

I had same problem. I tried to download different languages of NSU with no luck. It still hangs while it just starts. However, I can launch NSU in my desktop and I wonder why. I finally decided to reload my windows XP system. I formated my computer and now I can launch NSU again. It's very stupid to do it but it works for me now..

Of cause, it's going to work when you do a fresh install. I can't afford to do that with my notebook. I don't have luxury of time that you have.

Anyway, I hope that NSU support team can come up with some solution here to look and delete some old files or registry to make NSU 1.3.2 en works on my notebook without having to format it.

I have the same problem, upgraded to NSU 1.3.2, however can't start the program, it really annoys me...
my specs:
ASUS Notebook
AMD TurionX2 64
1GB Ram
100gb HDD
etc....
maybe there are some files left from the old install and they conflict between them?
can anyone givesome answers please?
