First of all, there is no need to shout (write the entire post including subject in CAPS), you´re less likely to get help if you do that...
Our senior member psychomania has written an article in our "Pool of Knowledge" about it.
Recovering from a failed firmware update.
Maybe this´ll help you!

If the Pool of Knowledge article on this couldn´t help you then I guess you only have one option left...
Help should be provided by a Nokia Care Point to fix your phone. There may be a small charge for this service, depending on country and warranty regulations.
Care points/service centers and repair info:
UK • Europe • Asia-Pacific • USA •
Canada • Middle East and Africa
Any other country: Click here, select your country, go to the support section, then select repair.
Good luck and let us know how it turned out! ![]()

I don´t have a clue what, or if, they might charge you for that. I´ve you haven´t been messing with the software I don´t thnk they´ll charge, but I don´t know for sure.
Since it is only software and it won´t take them very long to fix it it can´t be very expensive. If the problem comes back afterwards I don´t think they´ll be able to charge you at all...
Good luck and let us know how it turned out and if, and how much, they charged you. ![]()
