I WENT TO NOKIA CARE CENTRES IN KOTTAYAM KERALA & PALA KERALA TWICE WITH MY NOKIA C6 01 WITH PRODUCT CODE 059C5W6 BUT THEY GUYS ARE TELLING THEY DON'T HAVE ANY UPDATE FOR THIS CODE BUT HERE IN THIS SITE IT IS MENTIONED THAT FOR SWAP PRODUCT CODES WE WILL GET UPDATE FROM NCC NOW WHAT WE HAVE TO DO? SELL OUT THIS MOBILE FOR SCRAP RATE AND SHOULD WE BUY ANY OTHER BRAND MOBILE????????

You may try contacting Nokia thru' the 'Contact Us' tab at the top of this page with all the references that you have...Hopefully you will get a better guidance about the course of action...

You should not have a swap code, the Nokia Care point who handled your repaire should have made sure that your phone was reprogrammed with the same code as your original one.

no i got a different unit and a replacement not and new imei number... now this code is in the swap list and the same guys are telling they don't have the update for me
