Last week updated my new NOKIA 6233 FW v4.91 to v5.10 and update has been successfully finished.
But the problem is from go to options I can't access my application list. When I select the "Application list" says application list empty.
I can't access operamini from shortcut key.
Any suggestion urgently help needed.

Try by updating again. If it still continues, possibly you need to go to the authorized Nokia service center.

Hi,
I have exactly the same issue after upgrading the firmware.
I had opera mini assigned to my left shortcut key.....after updating firware this is not available.
In fact, applications cannot even be installed now! And the Application option is not available when trying to reassign the shortcut key.

Help!!

People...you should learned your lesson about Nokia service...you know they do not respond...they do not care...I mean they do but in their terms. It does not make sense to me either but I gave up trying to reach them. I updated my 6233 phone today from 4.90 to 5.10. It was available today. So the question is: why did they make it available IF they saw the mess it is so far? Would I ever get an answer? No. Do they care? No. So...relax...there is no sugar!

Guys, NO repeated updating will help.
FW 5.10 is very buggy.
No service point will help you now unless they have got FW 5.43 already.
5.43 solves all bugs (app shortcuts, wap shortcuts and also it lets the MP3 player to play in the background of other java app! - like 6230)
I did update to 5.43 month ago and still no hangs or resets or any bugs.
As I know FW 5.43 is not yet available on NSU.

My calculator was gone out of the blue from 4.90...One day I had it...next day was gone! Surprised? No! Why? Well...one word: Nokia! I did upgrade to 5.10 and the calculator is still gone...Your help will certainly not come from Nokia. Maybe in the far future...Get 5.43 from the web...Upgrade...people say it is better. Better from Nokia? Do not think so...
