That makes no difference to you because you already have v3.23 on your phone according to the information you gave in your first post.

what do you mean that makes no difference, that was the original question firmware version if you actually read before you post and no thanks to your numerous posts none of which helped at all to answer. Since you don't know the state of 6220c why so many post?

I am curious why my 6220 classic has firmware version 03.06, and both the OTA updater and the Nokia "find latest firmware for your phone"-webpage says that this is the latest version.

How can I get the 03.23 version? I like the phone, but it is not totally stable and tends to crash on me every so often.

Yep mine is also stating version 3.06 and won't do the update.
Something far a miss with this phone when I first had it had version 3.23 on it then it crashed last night and now the firmware version has altered.

I think nokia has a lot work on their hands with this pup

dont bother trying to get hold of 3.23.
It was removed for a reason, i upgraded 2 phones after it was released and both now suffer from poor camera and lock ups

Menu -> Settings -> Data mgr. -> Device mgr. -> Options -> Check for updates (update size about 4 mb)

Only this way you can update your phone firmware to 03.46...

I know this way, but for my handy still says no updates available, but if u can tell product code for which handy is available?

I bought mine in Singapore, 0556499 and NSU shows this version available 3.46

However, Nokia Software Updater (1.4.56en) says what my phone already has the latest supported sowtware (Current: 3.46) and no update needed.

I'm trying to fix my 6220 classic with an upgrade past 3.06. Over the air and Nokia site lists 3.06 as the latest. My Bluetooth is intermittent and is really annoying. Apparently 3.23 will fix this and short battery life but I can't find how to get hold of 3.23 or higher in the UK? Any help would be appreciated.

can anyone confirm if the voice command for radio was working in previous firmware 3.06/3.23. it doesn't seem to now that i've updated to 3.46. i dont see any difference in the update. how many 6220c have the above feature?
