NOKIA 3110c starts and hang up at blank screen

I am using NOKIA 3110c for more than 2 years.

It worked fine but 4 days before during sending sms, it hanged up and from then it is not working.

It starts and hangs up at the blank screen.

 

Please provide any solution to this problem.

Hello gorgeous1, you may try this method. Remove the battery and insert it after some time nearly 15-20 minutes later. If your phone is having any temporary problem then this method will help. If this doesn't help then there seems to be problem with the phone's firmware. Then the only way is to take your phone to Nokia Care and ask them to solve the issue. Hope this helps you.
