Hi!

I can't update my N97,Ovi suite shows that connection is lost when I'm trying to update,NSU shows that update failed or that USB isn't connected directly.My N97 version is 11,when I tried to update it to v12 it also didn't work,and now v20 isn't working Code is 0576410,all programms show that there's an update,and in web conforme that. What can I do to update my phone?

When I tried to update to v12 it atleast restarted and then showed that connection is lost,with v20 it shows nothing on phone.

is your phone branded to a provider ? usually you are unable to update your phone because it has to be approved by provider prior to nokia releasing it. so if that is the case then you could contact your provider with this question.

Try using Revo Uninstaller to remove NSU and all its registry values... And install NSU again...

Also, try 2 get new Cable Connectivity Drivers from the Nokia website... Hope this solves the prob...

No,I don't have provider,I'm using any sim card I want. I don't think that NSU unninstalling will solve problem,because I did that on different computers,and format mine also

I got same problem, it's incredible how can be possible that nokia doesn't realize of this bug.

Solved making the update from a pc with XP sp2, instead of Vista, or XP SP3.
