N97 App. manager

Hey there, big problem here...

the phone is N97 [RM-505] firmware version 21.0.045

before the latest firmware update the phone was working ok, now is working even better BUT....: when i go to settings-> application mgr.-> installed apps -  the list is empty and if i choose options it keep saying: "app. manager: memory full. close some applications and try again."

steps i've made (pls don't tell me to do them again, i'm not stupid)

1. i have had  wait for 1 hour, list still empty

2. i have had checked the phone memory and storage for space, closed every app., ok, i have plenty of space

3. removed the battery, restarted the phone, same error

4. reinstalled the firmware update, same error

i really hope this problem can be solved, the phone is not a cheap one...

other issue: after firmware update, the application list from the main menu, loads verry slowly. when i enter the applications menu, i have to wait some time so i can scroll down to the last item on the list. the scrolling is not smooth, verry anoying this scrolling thing. not to mention that if i try to activate effects on the theme, phone become useless.

i really hate these bugs, please solve them mr. nokia

i am waiting for sugestions.... if issues cannot be solved, may we change our phones to android? i am really so tired to spend a lot of money on buggy phones.
