Hi everybody

First of all sorry is my english is not so god. I just update my n95 with the ultimate update version from nokia. The update process was fine. But 15 minutes after that my nokia reboot it self and only appears the nokia whitescreen but it doesn't happen anything else. I tried to remove the battery for a few hours and try again and my n95 works agains. But today i have the same problem again and i couldn't solve it by the same way. My n95 cellphone only shows the nokia welcome screen and turn off and do the same every time i tried to turn on. I think this could be a sotware problem. Please help me i don´t know what to do. Is there an option to apply a hardreset or something because i can not enter to the configuration screen of my phone.

Can only suggest that you try the "three finger" reset. Keep pressing down "*", "3" and "green phone" whilst powering on the phone until it asks for "country"
