Hi

I have a nokia N95 firware v11.0.0.26, after seeing new firmware available, I thought great as I am having a problem with my bluetooth connection and my tom tom go 520(keeps disconnecting itself on handsfree!!!).

I went on Nokia Software Updater, but it says none available for my phone???? It is vodafone branded, code 0547869.

Can anyone please help me with info of anything I can do

Since it's vodafone branded, I guess that's your answer.
Operator variant firmwares usually takes much longer to be released, rather then generic ones.

There's not much you can do, aside from calling/mailing vodafone asking them when can you expect new firmware.

This is something that we at Vodafone are currently aware of. At present, Version 15 firmware has been cleared by us for the N95 8GB, and Version 20 for the original N95.

It seems that Nokia's update service isn't picking up your particular product code (there's been some discussion of your code over at our own forum too). We're working with Nokia to get this rectified, but in the mean time you can return the handset to Vodafone for a software update at our repair centre.

Hi Edwardpeter,

Any chance of you telling your colleagues in Ireland to release V15 as well?

Rang them this morning and they had the cheek to tell me that firmware updates was a Nokia issue and I had to ring Nokia.
