I upgraded to v20 from v15 yesterday and i backed up all my content to content copier, upgrade went super smooth but i lost a game from N-gage (asphalt gt)It still says in the app manager that the game is installed but i cannot find it anywhere, is this the norm or is there a way for me to retrieve it? Any advice welcomed.

It also happened to me on an N82. Uninstall it from the app manager, if it will let you.

You can download it again from the "Download!" program on the phone.

I have the same problem but it won't let me un-install either. Any suggestions?

Anyone got any suggestions as to how i can get my game back? or am i going to have to buy it again? £8 that cost me too!! Why did it not save when i did my back up on content copier? It saved everything else and it also put everything back onto my phone automatically, i didn't have to do anything, only thing that was missing was the game from N-Gage (asphalt GT3)

Visit the official n-gage forums, chances are it will have happened to someone else there. Also check out the help section on that site, they may have a procedure in place for games that you have purchased.
