N95 8GB and restoration after firmware update..

[ Edited ]
Hi everybody.

Apologies if this is in the wrong section - but I thought this section should be close enough for the problem..

I really need somebody's help - I've updated my N95 8GB to version 20 using NSU and Windows XP. Before I did so, I took a successful full backup of the phone using PC Suite's Content Copier (on a different PC running Vista)(everything including the memory card) - and now when I come to copy everything back using the Content Copier (on the Vista PC) it all goes well until it gets to either 77% or 95%, then nothing happens - it just does not seem to finish copying everything else back to the phone even after leaving it alone for a few hours (like it has frozen) - I've tried again - even leaving it overnight - but still no luck - can somebody help me figure out how to get Content Copier to copy the full backup back to my N95 8GB?

Thanks in advance for the help and time of anybody who can solve this!

Being the N95-2, you should not tick the box "Back up memorycard"

This is untouched by the firmware upgrade.

I have recently upgraded my N95-2 to V20, and did the same as you, backed up everything, BAR the memorycard on a Vista laptop, then upgraded using our XP laptop, then restored everything using my Vista laptop again, and all is good, and even Spiderman still works.!

Ok, so I don't select "Back up memory card" - so even though I did select it at the time (there is nothing on the N95 8GB at the moment following the firmware upgrade)- how do I restore everything now including the memory card?
