We need a firmware update now! The N-Gage 1.20 don't work with our device and the latest firmware version is dated JUNE 2008!

You need to contact nokia USA as they are responsible for updates for that model.

They most likely will not see your post here.

I'm sorry that you are disappointed with software update availability for your
Nokia N95-3. Unfortunately, there is no documentation that indicates a future
release of software updates for your device. I regret that you will have to
continue monitoring http://www.nokiausa.com/get-support-and-software/software/software-updater
for software update availability.
Luis, if you are experiencing problems with the software on your device, I
recommend sending your device to our repair center so that we can evaluate and
repair the issue. You can obtain the repair options and the repair form by
visiting www.nokiausa.com/A4410046
I know that this is not the answer that you are looking for, but this is the
only information currently available. I sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience and hope that you will reconsider Nokia for future mobile device
purchases.
If you have any additional questions, please contact us. To ensure proper
handling, please continue to use the current subject line.
Thank you for choosing Nokia for your mobile needs.
Yeah I have been asking the same thing too on other boards and contacting Nokia about it. As you just read that is the answer they sent back to me regrading any updates for the N95-3. So much for spending $500 just barely a half a year ago in feb of 08 to find out that I get no support, get left behind and it was at the end of an update in OS which should be able to run it. SO instead of having support for s60 v3rd FP2, I'm stuck on an an N95-3 **bleep** of a phone running S60 v3rd FP1!!!!! All the attention will now go to FP2 and s60 v5th phones! This should be a warning and buyer beware for anyone thinking of getting a new Nokia or a current nokia phone in the future!
All other phone OS and companies are updating older phones even Black Berry lets older users upgraded to the latest OS! As it seems to get any fixed to an os or updates on a NOKIA is to pay another $500 for a phone when it can be fixed on your current phone!
**Anyways for the original poster contatc Nokia and let them know you are dissatisfied. The more people complain to them and let them know hopefully that will cause them to do something.
