Hi, I am having some troubles with my Nokia N93 after having my firmware update. It randomly rings "Nokia Tune" instead of my specific ringtone. And I do not have any wireless access. Any ideas what happend to it?
Thanks in advance.

Wooowww you are following the world from very behind
It's OK though.
N93 was a phone with awesome hardware (at that time), but with horrible firmware. The phone had so many problems, bugs, etc that I can't list them all here. But one, and very common one was that "Nokia Tune" bug. It was never completely fixed even with V20.0.058.
When you first start using your N93, it works great. Works fast and all. But in time, the phone gets slow. (SMS sending, calling someone, taking photos, videos, and much more).
So what you are experiencing is completely normal and this is not your fault. In time things will get worse, be prepared! ![]()
I highly recommed that you upgrade to N95 or N96.
About N97, hmmmm you could wait until V30 is out, because it has problems for now and that "Nokia Tune Bug" is back with N97.
Please don't forget that Nokia N9x series are kind of "prototype" experimental phones, where the new technologies are implemented. Later when these new technologies are settled, they are impelemented on other series. Sometimes some N9x models are disasters like N93, some others are just fine like N95 8GB. Nokia tried to forget about N93 so hard, they don't even wanna hear nothing about it anymore.
But by the way, if you are really in love with N93, at least upgrade to N93i. Its much more stable.
Welcome back Nokia Tune Bug ![]()
