Hello to all users in the community. I had bought an N86 phone just yesterday , and thought of updating the software as the newer one supported Face Detection. So , I fired up NSU and as it was updating , it reported connection lost and went to phone recovery. After retrying about 14-15 times with the mentioned recovery procedure in phone recovery, the phone refused to start . Now , whenever I press power button a short vibration occurs with no display.
What I'm asking is,
Will the Nokia care center fix it up for me(under warranty)?
Can this be repaired/reflashed by them(if at all) since it is brand new and I don't want a refurbished one .

Yep they will fix it for free under warranty.
It will be the same device and will be fixed so therefore you wont get refurbished device.

I have the exact same problem. update failed now all i get is a short vibration but no life. I dont know if the warranty will still cover the phone as it was a company phone. Anyone find any DIY solutions?
thanks
